Three design steps that follow:
Step 1: Design Requirements.
Step 2: Design Specifications .
Step 3: Loads & Mechanical Analysis.
Step 1:Design Requirements
1- Width Adjustable Which serving adults, kids and bariatric in width range (36-64)cm with input control while in use.
2- Height-adjustable To fit the appropriate length which serve patient height (110- 186) cm.
3- Sturdy To ensures maximum strength while remaining lightweight.
4- Load Capacity [180 kg]
5- Weight Does not exceed 3 kg.
Step 2:Design Specifications
1- Width Adjustable
A frame that has width spread (36-64)cm, in 4 cm increments
Step 2:Design Specifications
Mechanism:
Width Improver by Linear-Pull Brake mechanism
