1. It’s like note taking on steroids2. Content is King3. Distance becomes a non issue4. Feedback is instant5. Engagement is standard6. Learners become more connected to the community7. Presenter receives real time Level 1,2, and 3 evaluations8. Learner exists simultaneously in both sync and async env9.
