OOPS JUST A COUPLE MORE IDEAS.

•This has been done with gourds, etc. But take a loaf of bread, seal it with polyurethane, paint it and sell it as an art object? Money going to help the poor and needy. The common object can become an art piece.

•Create a movement called "BREAD HEADS", create doll-like characters carved out of bread and sealed (if that can be done) with something and create an army of "BREAD HEADS". Bringing monetary value and creative.

•Create an interactive map of videos showing native breads all over the world, especially because bread is something that all people from the beginning of creating bread shared together. The video could show how the bread is made, how people use it, eat it. The value is that people can see different people all over the world sharing something in common.
