Elementary School Curriculum

Awareness needs to be apart of

America’s public school curriculum!

It is very important that we as educators incorporate Environmental Awareness into our lesson plans;

It is our duty as citizens of the Earth to protect and nature the land we inhabit. It is where we eat, sleep, learn, love, and grow

Us humans are not the only ones who

inhabits on this land

We share this land with all sorts of different; •Plants•Animals•Fungi

That all have important roles

Roles of organisms that inhabits this land consist of;

That all plays a role in the cycle of life!

•Food •Shelter•Protect

Environmental Awareness is very important for our younger

generations

With America’s current land and wild life conservation issue; most of our current endangered animals will be extinct within the next 10 to 20 years

Teaching our youth the importance of protecting our forests will promote environmental friendly living which can save our endangered species and our Earth!

• Practice recycling and other eco friendly activities in class

• Having research assignments on the different environmental protection agencies and what they are doing to conserve wild life.

• Requiring Community Service projects

• Cleaning up the community• Making signs reminding

school and community of the importance of environmental safety
