Before digital technology was available, which traditional techniques, technology and printing were used for print products?

Etching is a traditional way to process and they use a strong acid. They use it to cut the unprotected parts.

Technology is the an electronic device. To create any sort of smart use of easy accessibility such as a smart phone.

Tools, machines, implements or media used in the every day life of people before the turn of the digital age

Cassette The Compact Cassette or

Music cassette, also commonly called cassette tape, audio cassette, or simply tape or cassette, is a magnetic tape recording format for audio recording and playback released by Philips in 1962.

This was more common back then, then CD’s are now.

Technology back then was very bad and with the help of saving recorded films of watching movies the cassette was invented.

camera The history of the single-

lens reflex camera begins with the use of a reflex mirror in a camera obscurer described in 1676, but it took a long time for the design to succeed for photographic cameras.

This camera is a really good camera even in todays era because it can print out the picture with in seconds of taking it. Top quality cameras cant do that.

But now a days cameras can print pout any size, colour or quality.

Computers One of the first

commercially produced computers, the company´s first customer was the US Navy.

Computers back then where very basic but then where very modern and something never seen by a human eye.

Now a days computers are very expanded. They can do much more then turning ng the commuter on and off and typing.

Since the success of creating a computer Adam Osborne created the laptop so it will be easier to access and able to be taken to different places.

Phones A telephone, or phone, is

a telecommunications device that permits two or more users to conduct a conversation when they are too far apart to be heard directly.

Phones have totally involved

Back then was just a phone call and a phone where u have to stay in one position to be on the phone.

Now a days phones have apps, games, touch screen. High quality cameras, slow motion cameras etc.

Where are digital publishing products published today? Modern technology and technology back in the day are

completely different. The way business has formed since then. The way you can sell and promote your products now are way more efficient.

Back then there was very minimal ways on how to publish your products back then, round 1950’s the only ways to publish your products where to spared the word or have posters and in some cases TV advert.

Now a days there are several ways to publish/promote to your products. It will be much more successful but in some cases quite expensive. Now a days you can publish your products by TV advert6, posters, leaflets, flyers, websites, billboards, sponsorship etc.
