Where do we start?• First, know it does not need to be a huge,
elaborate document. • There is no worldwide policy for social
media usage and behavior.• There are varying degrees of tolerance. • There will be different levels of desired
participation, different opinions on conflict resolution and different opinions on the overall value of social media.

1. Introduce our purpose for social media.2. Staff is a reflection of the organization.3. Permissions/authorization.4. Ownership. 5. Accessing social media sites at work.6. Personal social media presence(s).
