And a text font. Keep fonts above 24pt if possible

Use no more than two fonts per presentation.

• Limit your use of bullet points! • They are killers to an interesting presentation! • They aren’t called bullets for nothing!

• There is a lot of information on this slide • It is in a small font and each bullet forms a sentence. • There is no way the audience is going to read every bullet

point on this slide. • There is even less chance they will be able to write it all

down. • While the audience is focusing on the tiny font and dense

text they are not listening to the speaker. • You can be sure that by the time they get to this bullet point

their brains are screaming to stop!! • Provide a handout so the audience can listen and attend to

the speaker fully • Has anyone even gotten this far???
