Causes for Unemployment
• Illiteracy
• Poverty
• Orientation of the Education System
• Overpopulation
• Very few people having Quality Education
• Low Productivity leading to less number of jobs.
Causes for Illiteracy:-
Improper guidance towards education.
Superstitious beliefs.
Causes for Poverty:-
Corruption.
Education System:-
Our Education System doesn’t reach the standards, when compared to other countries.
Education in our country focuses much to get good marks, not to get good education, which leads to unemployment.
Lakhs of Engineers are getting out of their institutes per year, in which only 20% are getting employed.
One thing that our Education lacks is….. We need Innovative Education to change the System…
Over Population:-
Due to over population, the competition for one job is getting very high.
Once upon a time, for a job, maximum of 10 people used to compete.
But today, the competition increased to 1000 per job.
Population Explosion
In India, each state is equivalent to a country in terms of Population
Low Productivity:- Due to low productivity, lot of downline employment
opportunities get declined.
For example, consider an automobile, say a bike, if only 500 bikes are produced in a month instead of 1000, many of its downline products like spare parts, tyres, wheels, etc also have to reduce their productivity, or else will land in losses. This decline in productivity effects the entire downline of this product, which leads to a decline in employment in its field.
The graph below explains us the average percentage of productivity in different fields, which is comparably very low.
Being an agricultural country, it is quite shameful to say that the productivity of agricultural and allied activities of our country is the least in productivity.
Solutions for Employability Increase the standard of Education:-
“It is only through Education that change can be brought to any system, in anyway and at anytime.”
Today, qualified people are not even able to reach the minimum needs of the Industry, which is due to improper education.
Those people should be called as Well Trained, not Well Educated.
The Education System should be more focused on giving Quality Education instead of teaching how to get marks and pass the examinations.
It may take time, but in the long run, it gives great results.
Quality Education is all what is needed.
Solutions(continued)
Curb Poverty and Illiteracy:-
It might not be possible to curb these social factors, that too in a country like India.
But effort has to be put in atleast to reduce them to the most possible extent.
Corruption has to be curbed first, to bring a change in illiteracy and poverty.
People along with the Government have to come forward to bring this change.
Both of them are interlinked with each other. i.e., most of the people who are illiterate are poor, and cannot afford to study.
So curbing poverty can make them literate.
Solutions(continued)
Increasing Productivity:- Productivity and Employment are interlinked with each other. If there is no productivity, there will be no employment, and if
there is no employment, there will be no productivity It is due to low productivity that our GDP value is lagging behind
many other countries. The Industry should also train the employees for efficient
Productivity, to obtain better results taking less time and consuming less money.
Better productivity leads to better employment, and better employment leads to better productivity.
Implementing Solutions(Education)
• The first priority should be given to improve the Education System, because it is the leading factor for increasing unemployment.
• Standard Primary education has to be made free to the people who cannot afford to study.
• Child Labour should be abolished, to make sure that every child should study atleast to an extent till where the child can make a living.
• But it has to be made sure that this system is free from corruption, and should be ensured that each and every rupee for its development should be spent only for itself.
• Each and every individual has to take the responsibility to implement good standard education through out the country
Implementing Solutions(Poverty)
• The main reason for poverty, in India is Corruption.
• Corrupt politicians are bribing public money, which is for the development of people.
• As a result, the rich become more richer, and the poor become more poorer.
• And as a consequence of poverty, they couldn’t afford to study.
• If there was no Corruption in India, and all the Black money were used for the development of our country efficiently, India would be a Developed Country long back.
• And if all the black money of the corrupt people were used to invest in employment, there would be an excess of jobs in India, and foreigners would come to India to work.
• Departments like the Anti Corruption Bureau (A.C.B) must be strict in the case of corruption.
We have to erase the word “POVERTY” from this World
