The Infinitive

The Infinitive is a noun with certain features of a verb, especially that of taking an object and adverbial qualifiers.\

Ex- To drink milk is good for Health. Children love to play. We work to earn.

Gerunds is a verbal noun which does the work of a verb and of a noun Ex-She likes painting. Eating junk food is bad for health.

The participle is a verbal Adjective. It is derived from a verb, But functions as an Adjective. Ex- This is a carelessly written essay. The boy is writing.
