The HAR.com mobile app allows both consumers and HAR members to search for homes for sale or lease in Texas. Consumers will be able to use the award-winning HAR.com residential property search engine to find a home, favorite listings and view property search history. Members will be able to access MLS information (MLS subscribers

only), their leads, their listings, as well as access their company's listing inventory.

AgentSpot ads are displayed in a variety of areas on HAR.com where agent-specific is not normally displayed. For instance, they will never display in an area where specific agent information is already shown such as on a for sale listing for a property. When AgentSpot Ads are displayed, they come in two categories: Area Specific & Organic.When setting up your AgentSpot listing, you will need to enter one to five zip codes that in which you most commonly do business in. These zip codes will determine where your Area Specific Ads are displayed. For location where AgentSpot may show, but an area is not yet selected, an ads will be displayed organically from the list of all available agents who have opted into AgentSpot.

With MarketInsight, your clients and customers can stay informed about the activities surrounding their property without even contacting you.MarketInsight allows your clients

and customers to view pertinent information surrounding their property, such as web traffic, appointments and feedback, comparable nearby properties, and much more. Setting up MarketInsight is easy. You can send an email to your client or customer inviting them to use MarketInsight. All the information displayed in MarketInsight is branded with your information. Show your clients and customers the value of using a REALTOR® and invite them to begin using MarketInsight today!

To get started, you will need to login to the HAR Members Only Site. From the menu, click on 'MLS' and then from the 'MLS Tools' category, click on 'MarketInsight'. Choose a listing from your current inventory, sold transactions or enter any address, and click on 'Setup MarketInsight'. You will need to enter the user's name and email address to send them an invitation to participate in MarketInsight. You can enter multiple email addresses when setting up MarketInsight for a property.

Client Experience Rating ProgramClients will be asked to rate their Realtor® on their performance in four service categories using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the Realtor®.

Clients also have an option to

include brief comments.
