Grading and adding comments using
In
In the submission inbox; select the submission you would like to grade
This is the Grademark screen on Turnitin
This is the comment section
This is the grade.
This is the originality
report
This is the grading criteria button
This is the print button
This is the comment quickmark
To add comments to assignment
Highlight the text you want to add the comment to and click on the text.
In the box that appears type out the comment and click the
save button.
You can save the comment to the
quickmark by clicking “Save a
new Quickmark”
To add a quickmark comment; highlight the text and click on the
comment you want to add.

Linking Grading form to submissionOnce the form is created it will need to be linked to the submission. The grading form will need to be linked to every submission separately (You do not need to
recreate the grading form each time.)

To assign a grade to an assignment
Click here and fill in the score.
When grading pass-fail assignments; give the
submission the maximum score for
passes and a score of 0 for fails.
For P,M,D assignments give the assignment a maximum score of 3.
0=Refer, 1=Pass, 2=Merit, and 3=Distinction
