Adding Comments in MS-Word
Consider this document
“Comments” can be inserted on any selected phrase, word, heading or
the objects like Images
We have to select it to add Comments
1. Select the image, by clicking it
Suppose we want to insert Comments for an
Image
2. Click on “Review” tab
3. Click on “New Comment”
4. “Comments” pane will appear
5. Insert the desired text
7. Comment symbol will appear
6. Click anywhere outside the working window
8. Click on the Comments Symbol to read the
information provided
