Example: The Blair Witch Project will inspire my own film because the storyline is based on a character being followed which our own film will do too. Also I like the use of a forest as a setting and intend to use the same setting for my own film. I will also use hand-held camera work as it creates a sense of drama and creepy music for the same reason.

TASK 3Discuss 4 characters from other films of the same genre as yours that will act as inspiration for characters in your own film. You must explain what it is about the characters that you like and why it will add to the story.

TASK 4Create a mood-board detailing the stereotypical locations used in a film of the same genre as your own.
