Equipment going to be

used

Canon EOS 600DO The first piece of equipment we knew we were going to

use is my DSLR camera. Having already used it for my photography work and also for filming my AS project, it made sense to use it again for the coursework task this year.

O It is easy to operate and produces high quality still and moving images so is perfect for both the trailer and the print based work.

O When it comes to filming I will also bring another lens and tripod I have which could also come in handy too, especially the tripod as it will help stabilise the different shots.

Video CameraO As our film is about students trying to collect

evidence to give to the police about the disappearances of their friends it made sense that some of the trailer would be filmed on a hand held video camera to make the story more believable.

O Luckily Lucy already has her own video camera so it made it a lot easier when deciding on the equipment to be used.
