Conference, the design of
complex hat hose and Babylon in

project has 16 residential units

favorable conditions for insulation
and ventilation with the innovative
system constructive "Light Steel
Framing.
In 5/Julho/2012, the building
Ville Barcelona in Betim, Minas
Gerais, was the first venture of
the Minha Casa Minha Vida
(MCMV) Precon Engineering
Company to obtain the certificate
Seal Casa Azul CAIXA- Silver level
for 30 apartments for the
reduction of waste generation due
to efficient building system
prefabricated.

The International Conference "Greenbuild San Francisco 2012", the largest exhibition hall on Sustainability &
LEED in the world and organized by USGBC (United States Green Building Council), occurred 13-16 /
November 2012 in San Francisco, USA. The event attracted 35,000 participants from several countries,
1,000 exhibitors related to sustainable construction, 564 with 8 speakers from Brazil as Arquiteta Cristina

international conference of the USGBC (United States Green
Build Council), San Francisco (United States), on the theme
"Sustainability in Popular Housing and Slum Urbanization in
Brazil" on 16/11/2012 and highlighted the Brazilian projects
certified by Seal Blue House, the main instrument of the
Programme for Sustainable Residential Construction by
H o u s i n g B a n k C a i x a E c o n o m i c a F e d e r a l .
The event took place on 13—16 November and brought
together 35,000 professionals and business leaders in the
segment from different parts of the world for exhibitions and
debates. The Brazilian delegation was attended by over 120
professionals and business leaders in the segment. The
Governor of the Federal District, Agnelo Queiroz was invited to
attend the event featuring sustainable design Football
Stadium Mane Garrincha seeking LEED Platinum certification.
