Travelling Travelling gives you many wonderful experiences you cannot find in your own country. You meet local people and get to understand different cultures. It’s so exciting. I love planning trips and doing some research on the country or countries I want to visit. Sometimes I like to plan everything in advance, my flights, hotels and tours, etc. For me, the most exciting thing is arriving in a country with no hotel reservation and no fixed plans. I prefer staying in hostels and guest houses. You get to meet and talk to different and interesting people and share information. I also like to visit places that are off the beaten track. Being somewhere with thousands of other tourists? It’s not my cup of tea.

In my last vacation I went to Curacao and Aruba, two of the most famous Netherlands Antilles near America. It was this year in January. And I went with a friend.

There, I could see different kind of sea animals like flamingos, sharks, fish and dolphins.

I was in a dolphin and a see lion show and they were great, they did a lot of tricks that made feel really amazed.

What I saw…

I ate different kinds of sea food like sushi in a really beautiful Japanese restaurant.

I also ate a delicious typical white fish from Curacao and a typical dish from Aruba called Keshi Yena.

Food…

I stayed at kurahulanda village hotel, it was an antique house from Curacao with a lot of historique elements of slavery.

There I swam in the hotel’s pool and I also did it on the beach.

Activities…

However, I didn’t like the beaches because there were lots of people, they were really crowded.

I also went shopping, I decided to buy some clothing and a beautiful Swatch watch.

More activities…

I met people from all around the world: Chinese, Japanese, Netherland, French, Italian, American, German, etc. It was awsome.
