1. Libraries use Facebook, Twitter and WeChat to connect with students: promote library programs, collections and services
2. Libraries use social media to answer questions and address concerns from students
3. Social media can build a community of library users: video consultation on SKYPE, teach students how to find news information from TWITTER, create library tutorials on YOUTUBE
