Paramount have an incredible selection of Mafia/Crime movies, as well as countless classics to their outstanding collection. Like Warner Brothers, there are two films (in these lists) that were directed by Martin Scorsese. The reason why I annotated films by Martin Scorsese would be due to the fact that his films tend to be quite fast paced, even though they are evenly edited; slow and fast editing. The trailers have great music soundtracks, and the speed and editing of the trailer is also relies on the music, due to the parallel editing. Within our trailer (as well as the selected piece/choice of music), we intend to pace the trailer, clips and form of editing in relation to the selected music. The appropriate distribution company would most likely be Warner Brothers, due to there being two of Martin Scorsese’s Mafia movies, which equally relate to our trailer’s genre and storyline/plot, possibly creating a sense of synergy between each film. They may also relate to one another as well.
