The City School (abbreviated as TCS) is one of the largest private English medium school systems in Pakistan. It offers preschool, primary education, secondary education.

both the teachers and students.

RECOMMENDATION:• The management from regional office shall make sure to give salaries to

teachers according to their qualification, experience and competitive

schools salary packages.

• TCS should implement flexible timings for school management and

teachers.

• The pressure on teachers should be minimized in terms of period

allocation.

• TCS must have a package for students who belong to lower class and

can’t afford high fee.

• There is a need to re-work upon the strict discipline and conduct

especially for higher grades.

RECOMMENDATION:•Improve teachers’ knowledge of the subject and

equip them with a wide repertoire of teaching skills.

•Future policy reforms will emphasize the teaching of

science subjects in English at public secondary schools.

The overall conclusion and analysis of the report are the high differences between the standards of a private school

and government school. The education of Pakistan lacks the uniformity between private and public schools,

because of differences in management and curriculum implementation. We have given our recommendations in each case and compared the SWOT analysis that gives the clear picture of how both the schools are functioning and

what are the future prospects for them.
