better?• Improve our teaching• Improve the literacy levels and numeracy levels for our students•Follow our policies consistently (they are here to stay)•Make our school an even more exciting place to be underpinned by the belief that our students are capable of the highest standards•Get performance related pay right for us within a culture of trust

Why? •Because we can be even better• It is the most important thing we do in our school•We want students to exceed their potential not just meet it

How?• Coaching• Carterton Code• Share good practice

Why?Literacy / numeracy levels are too low on entry. We want students to look forward to coming to school

How?Through a curriculum review

Improve literacy / numeracy levels and make the school a more exiting place to be
