Improve teaching

Why? •Because we can be even better• It is the most important thing we do in our school•We want students to exceed their potential not just meet it

How?• Coaching• Carterton Code• Share good practice

Why?Literacy / numeracy levels are too low on entry. We want students to look forward to coming to school

How?Through a curriculum review

Improve literacy / numeracy levels and make the school a more exiting place to be

Why?We believe that our main policies are the correct ones that will improve our school, they just need to be used more consistently

Use our policies more consistently
