What is E-Nable?

• Group of Volunteers, helping children who are missing fingers or hands due to war, disease, or birth defects by printing 3D prosthetic hands from crowd-sourced designs.

• Low-cost solutions for children with upper limb deficiencies.  This is crowdsourcing in its purest form:  volunteers who build on each other’s ideas and share them with the rest of the world for the greater good.

They often grow out of prosthetics and can't afford replacements every few months or years. The 3-D versions also can be lighter and easier to use — and come in their favorite color!

In particular, the group is interested in building alliances with aid workers in war-torn regions, disaster zones, and impoverished communities where inexpensive and easily attainable prosthetics
