HELP ME GROW is a program currently funded by the Children and Families Commission of Orange County. This program has a toll free line as an access point for developmental services in Orange County.

Connecting children birth through 5 years of age and their families that have concerns about their childs learning, behavior or development with resources and supports in the community 6. Builds a network by developing positive relationships with community providers and maintaining an updated developmental/behavioral 7. Identifies gaps and barriers to children and families receiving services by conducting community outreach, care coordination and follow-up calls with families 8.
