Two hour kick-off meeting to agree on messaging and finalise planning
Create personalised list of target media contacts
Write and distribute invitation in French and English announcing your presence at LeWeb’12 and suggesting a meeting with your spokesperson. Send to your Tier One media, as well as LeWeb’12 attendees
Write and distribute your press announcement in French and English
Pitch media
Feature your company in Ballou PR’s France and UK newsletters, reaching over 1,000 people via email and over 3,000 followers on Twitter
Provide an activity and coverage report
Handing of all inbound requests for additional information and interviews

BPR Conference Connector Service: A highly-trained networker* who understands your business is by your side at key events. We make sure you meet with the right people and extricate you from conversations that are not useful, making the most of your time investment.
Scope of Work
Media Relations Package (see previous slide)
Review conference attendance list
30-minute prep session prior to event
Attendance at event to work room (length of engagement determines final price):• Find targets, steer you to them, introductions• Facilitate conversation, making sure you deliver key messages (or delivering them for you)• Help exit conversations that are not useful• Make sure you “close”: get to a next step – business card, permission to contact. Invitation to a follow up
meeting, etc.
Per hour: 400 €/£ per hour
* either a Ballou PR staffer or a member of the press

Conference Connector
Additional expenses:• Determining attendees if attendance list is not available: included checking Twitter and other social media
sites, using contacts. 100 €/£ per hour• Follow-up: drafting thank you emails, adding people to your professional social network: 100 €/£ per hour• Detailed activity report• Client to pay all travel, room and board for one night hotel per event (if required), and event entry fees
