question : what is your gender?The most popular answer is female. The results were conclusive. This means i would have to consider colours which are considered feminine, and they would want it to have gossip in it.

Question: how old are you?Most are between 11-20 which suggest that content should be targeted towards the younger years. They would want current news and celebrities.

Question:what’s your ethnicity?The majority in the question is black and white. Because of this i would expect those who are black to want a Hip Hop, Jazz and Reggae magazine. I would also expect those who are white would want Rock ‘n’ Roll or pop magazine.

Question: what’s your social class?The answer which is dominant in this question is unemployed/students (most likely student) this means i would have to focus on the entertainment and not educational. They would want content which they could relate to.

Question: what layout do you like?The majority voted for layout B which is a billboard layout. This suggest that they want something organised and neat. The main image should be a medium shot of a person and there shouldn’t be any secondary images. San serif and serif fonts can also be used.

Question: How frequent do you expect a magazine to publish?Most people would want a magazine which posts weekly. Which means that the content need to be up to date.

Question: Which pair of colour would you prefer?The popular answer was red and black. Seeing this would mean i would make the masthead and the main cover line red and the cover lines black.

question : What Genre of music do you like?The popular answer is Hip Hop and pop which is what i thought would happen when the majority who did this questionnaire are black and white. Which means i would have to choose one of the two.

Question: What price range do you think a magazine should have?Because the majority who answered this are working/students, the popular answer was £1-3. This was expected because people in this social class wouldn’t buy a magazine which is expensive.

Question: what topic do you want to see other than music?The popular answer is gossip, advice and fashion. Which means that the gossip and fashion should associate with the genre. The advice would have to targeted towards young people.
