From the answers of the first question I can see that the majority of my readership will be male, as 79% of those who answered were men. This means I will have to

adapt my designs and content to fit my preferred male readership.

Question 2 shows me that a staggering 75% of my readership is aged 17 to 35; this means that I will have to use bold vibrant and interesting colours, as well as serif

fonts, to attract to the younger target audience.

This question shows that over half of my target audience play a form of guitar; to insure I attract to this readership, I will use content that addresses themes and issues

relevant to guitarist that my target audience will find interesting.

The answers to this question show that there is a very wide spread of different guitar players that may want to read the magazine. This means I will have to include

content that attracts to all forms of guitarist.

Question 5 shows that there is a huge spread of musical tastes within my target audience. For my magazine, I’m going to target the majority and focus mainly on rock

themes with my content; 50% of those surveyed said they listened to classic rock/rock and roll.

The answers to questions 6 and 7 are very interesting; over 85% said that they don’t actually read magazines. Most results said they don’t read magazines because they use online media, I will play this to my advantage by creating a large online presence

to the magazine.

Question 8 shows me that a monthly magazine is by far most popular, this means I will have to include content that’s relevance pans the course of a month and will be

enough to justify a monthly release and price.

Surprisingly, question 10 show us that up-coming guitarists and new gear is what readers want to see the most. To include these features, I will use an up-coming

young artist for my main article; I will also include lots of gear advertisements and reviews on the contents page.
