ALICE’s Phases of Development1. Train adults' trainers to understand and implement

ALICE’s approach. 2. Trainers will implement ALICE’s approach through an

informal education environment. Different adults could be engaged: partners, senior citizen, teachers, volunteers.

3. Testing phase where adults will use creative languages with children. The phase is accomplished with participatory evaluation (as adults and trainers reflection process) on impact on intergenerational dialogue.

The project will also implement a strategy of communication to raise awareness among international scientific community, as well as local policy makers and adults’ education providers on ALICE’s strategy and impact, for further adoption of the model

WORKPACKAGE 4: Adults Learning Pilot Programmes Leader: The Mosaic Art&Sound

Every partner is supposed to implement a local pilot selected activities for adult learning.

Six “open” informal adult’s training activities of two/four hours are expected in every country (except Italy where resources are divided between CIRDFA and FNCC) (*)

The parties will work with trained trainers, as well as with facilitators, to animate adult's informal learning through creative/artistic activities developed by the above mentioned trainers.

To this regard, the concept of adult education here is a “creative”/participatory activity, where the adult reflects later about the informal and non-formal learning emerged in it.

Parties will also have resources to produce video-documentation and DVD production; Use of social media, considering the topics covered will be desiderable. In order to implement training activities, it’s necessary to associate at least two other

cultural/adult associations, which the party will decide and communicate to the coordinator not later than April 2012.

Furthermore, every partner could host one trainer from another Party’s nationality, as observer and active participant in one of the Seminars.

The developments and outcomes of the process will be shared in Greece, for the Residential Seminar on “Adult’s Trainers Pilot presentations”.

(*) The last activity should be devoted to reflection and participatory evaluation of activities
