What worked well:• Overall, we had very good team work, time management, quick problem solving, and task
delegation.
• We did a good job with the correct timing of the courses, and communicating with our
volunteers.
• Pre-prep went wonderfully -- everyone got a lot accomplished!
• The decorations looked great!

Areas to Improve:
• There was not enough stuff to do for the volunteers the day of the event.
• Communication got skewed between managers, contact, and the chefs about
certain wants.
• We needed to be a little more organized with the linens.
• Communication should be constant with the contact, and the menu & schedule of events should be double and triple checked to make
sure everyone is on the same page.
