Overview of Meeting
A rewarding sense of giving back to others Community – bonding with fellow
classmates, volunteers from different schools Pride in being part of the largest
internationally-recognized community service organization for high school students
Registered Nationally as a member for colleges to note when applying in your senior year
Enjoyment – true happiness from doing good, and a great sense of spirit
What should I expect?
Members must attend at least one meeting per month
Pay dues ($15) within a month of membershipMembership Form available at website, link
available on Blackboard, and Twitter! Commit to two service projects off-campus
per semesterInvolved at least one of the major events on
campus (Club Day, Open House, Eaglemania, etc)
Communication with your officers & moderator
Recruitment! Encourage your friends to attend!

Promote Key Club Spirit! Encourage at least one new member at each
DCMHost 3 Major Fundraisers (March of Dimes,

Price - $25/All fees raised will be donated to a children’s charity

One grey and one navy sweatshirt will be raffled!
Within the next two months, April to May, for every person you refer to Key Club and becomes a paid member, you will receive one raffle ticket. Extra tickets will be given to members who attend Divisional Meetings, Service Projects and Club Days!

Major Emphasis Project:
Established by President Obama through a proclamation, National Volunteer Week is April 15 to 21, 2012. He encourages everyone to observe this week by volunteering. (Take a look at the next slides!)

Why is this important? To show our gratitude, our respect for fellow Americans who put their lives on the line every day for our safety.
Assembly – (9am – 4pm) We plan to volunteer from 9am to 12pm.
