PayEVER – Your Trusted Social Bank

Elevator Pitch

PayEVER is your trusted

social bank that makes

social promotion and

social payment fun, viral,

and rewarding!

Social Payment

PayEVER defines social

payment as a group of

people interacting with

each other while making

payments to a cause set

up by someone.

Market Size

PayEVER’s potential

market is the entire

social web but it will

focus on "Like-It-Tip-

It" type of social

promotion and social

payment first.

PayEVER’s Differentiation (1 of 2)

Social Bank Concept

PayEVER's social bank

concept is disruptive in

building a pervasive social

payment layer for the social

web. PayEVER pioneered

the social bank concept by

offering its members a

permanent default social

bank account to receive

money for just about any

reason from anyone.

Additional accounts can be

created for social events,

fundraising activities, and

user content and causes.

Like It Tip It

PayEVER's "Like-It-Tip-It"

social promotion is

disruptive in supporting and

promoting user content and

causes. It works like "Digg-

with-Tip" and allows people

to show their support and

appreciation by leaving

anything from a few cents to

a few dollars in a virtual tip

jar. The supporters can be

rewarded with exclusive

preview or access to liked-

and-tipped content.

Social Game

PayEVER's Six Degrees of

Donation social game is

disruptive in making

donation social and viral.

To encourage friends to

help each other, PayEVER

members are automatically

enrolled in the Six Degrees

of Donation social game.

Whenever a donation is

made or received, up to 14

people in the Six Degrees

of Donation network will be

notified and receive

PayEVER points.

PayEVER’s Differentiation (2 of 2)

Hybrid CC + Dwolla

PayEVER's hybrid credit

card + Dwolla model is

disruptive in minimizing the

social payment fees.

Transactions made from

one PayEVER account to

another account are

processed free of charge.

Credit card transaction fees

are paid by the donors so

the receivers pay no fees.

Cash withdrawal fees can

be minimized when a

Dwolla account is used for

the withdrawal.

O2O & Mobile

PayEVER's payment

service is disruptive in O2O

and mobile payments.

PayEVER balance can be

used to pay for discounted

merchant products/services

or discount vouchers to

receive discounts and

savings from online and

local merchants. PayEVER

members can use their

mobile devices to make

B2C and C2C payments

with no or very little fees.

Social Payment API

PayEVER's social

payment API is disruptive

in becoming a social

commerce platform for the

social web. PayEVER

offers social payment API

for third party websites and

mobile apps to transact on

PayEVER accounts. A

“branded currency” (e.g.,

Walmart Dollars) can be

specified for a specific

social bank account to

spend on specific ways.
