comprising 1 unit 2 storey office building, 1 unit canteen, 1unit
praying room, 2 unit guard houses at Jalan Lukut 4, Lukut
Industrial Area, Kota Tinggi,Johor, Malaysia.Altogether 200 piles
are installed to support the steel structure of the 10 m x 80m
factorybuilding. The factory will have three production lines: one
for Jacking Pipes and two forother precast elements including
tunnel segments.The facilities are located only 45 km away from
Singapore and were constructed on a landarea of 50,000 m². The
factory has 11,00 m² of covered space for the production
activitiesin three production bays. The production facility has a
state-of-the-art equipment such asautomatic cage welding machines,
automatic stirrup bending machine, vacuum segmenthandling System,
steam curing facilities and a 50 m³/h capacity batching plant as
well ashigh-tech materials laboratory.The projected annual
production will be 4,000 tunnel rings and 2,000 pipes.
