1 - Remove old mattress, clear offplatform. Roll out paper across the

Headboard or Bulkhead.

2 - Cut small V-Slits on each side. 3 - Tape paper down. Be sure to keep edge of paper even

with Headboard or Bulkhead.

4 - Crease paper with finger.

5 -Follow with pencil. 6 - Look closely to see if nightstandhas molding that extends out over

the base of the nightstand.

7 - If so, a notch or additional fingerspace can be added.

8 - To measure, place a squareagainst the over hang.

9 - Draw a small line at base of squareevery few inches around the

perimeter of nightstand.

10 - Crease paper in remaining areaand follow with a pencil.

11 - Roll out 2rd layer of paper, tapedown to 1st layer.

12 - Crease edges with finger and follow with a pencil.

13 - Roll out 3rd layer of paper, tape down to 2nd layer.

14 - Crease the edges into the cornerand finish with a pencil.

15 - Be sure to mark hinge fold if youwant a hinge. Also mark the head

location & any other notes needed. If you have a difficult area to explain,

attach photos.

16 - Once pattern is complete, be sure to put your name and

phone number on it and send it to your nearest location.
