Develop leaders in manufacturing and operations roles who will identify and lead improvement efforts
Define and implement projects that have a real, positive impact
Support partner organizations’ efforts to build a pipeline of leadership talent
Create an on-going development program that is directly linked to the organization’s values and expectations of leaders
Provide tools that will be disseminated by participants and beneficial to internal teams

A three phase process to define, design, and deliver new participant capabilities and apply these new skills to a specific business challenge:

3-day seminarDay 1: Financial Analysis – three 2.5-hr sessions on tools for assessing the financial
drivers of the operations- Financial Models – Cash Flow Analysis - Total Cost of Ownership – Net Landed Cost Models - Supply Chain Risk Analysis
Day 2: Project/Process Analysis – three 2.5-hr sessions on - Forecasting Analysis and Modeling - Capacity Analysis - Project Management
Day 3: Business Case Analysis –4-hr session on business case development- Business Process Design and Analysis - Business Case Development

2-day seminar – all participants attend togetherDay 1: Transformational Leadership – key leaderships skills that develop others
- Emotional Intelligence in Cross-Cultural Orgs – self- and other-awareness, cultural diversity, adaptive leadership, values leadership.
- Driving a High Performance Team – matrix/virtual team management and gaining alignment within teams. Keys to building a diverse, effective team.
- Creating an Innovation Culture – process for developing agile, adaptable teams that drive customer responsiveness and support for innovation.
Day 2: Leading Change – session on change management processes, anticipating challenges during execution, and managing key relationships in leading change- Influencing/Motivating Others – key skills in motivating the behaviors of
others including: power, decision-making, communication, and listening.- Risk Management – analyzing risks and adapting leadership style to match

Pre-Program – optional activity: for those interested individual corporate meetings and assessments will take place throughout August ($5,000 cost)
