The Enquiry Process
Enquiry SubmittedProspective students or

place on your website.
Team is NotifiedAn email is sent to
you to tell you that a new enquiry has been submitted.
Process SubmissionThe submission is
placed in the ‘New’folder whilst your team
work through thedetails of their form and get in contact.
Student joins Swim SchoolAfter successfully processingthe enquiry, the student joins
the swim school!
Module 2Benefits of swim-Focus
The BenefitsSwim-Focus allows you to easily collate your enquiries through one simple form.
The platform categorises your enquiries as they move through the process so you know exactly which stage each one is at and can monitor their progress.
You can view each submission to find out their details and what they are looking for from your swim school.
You can assign actions to members in your team and track how the enquiry is being handled whilst also labelling the enquiry’s status.
CalendarThe calendar app allows you to input lesson times for each team member so you can see who is teaching and when. This will help you manage your staff and their schedules.
Module 3Scores and Reports
That platform allows you to set targets for your teams so they can work towards a monthly target of sign ups.
Reporting and Tracking
eFocus allows you to keep track of your swim school with a numerical snapshot of how the team are handling enquiries.
You can see how each team member has dealt with the action assigned to them. This is key for staff progression and feedback for their
achievements.
AnalysisThere are downloadable charts available in 3 formats; PDF, PNG and JPEG which show you a breakdown of information surrounding your enquiries. This could help you plan your future advertising campaigns if you are able to identify where most of your enquiries are coming from.
