MAJOR RESULTS
Initial ENPI Programme rules, e.g. the rule of origin;
Pioneering new administrative rules;
Political situation in the partner countries;
Difficulties in obtaining authorizations;
Long purchasing procedures in partner countries and custom rules.
MAIN DIFFICULTIES
very fruitful cooperation among
partners with different expertise;
active participation to discussions
of stakeholders and target groups
from partner countries, in each
implementation phase of the
project;
need to share the different
procedures since the beginning of
the project.
