The Client’s incumbent team was a mix of independent contractors, employees and an offshore vendor working from onsite. This arrangement resulted in sub-optimal operations, higher cost and brought in a scope for: • Establishing an highly experienced resource pool to support and maintain the CRM applications • Reducing maintenance cost by incorporating an economical and flexible onsite consulting team• Customization of PeopleSoft CRM applications on the Blackberry platform to improve sales productivity
