ENTRIES & KEY FORMSFreeski and Snowboard entries for the 2020 Snow Rodeo World Cup will be accepted in accordance with the
FIS quotas and rules for the World Cup, and must be processed by the National Snow Sports Association through the FIS Online Registration and Entry System at www.fis-ski.com under the member section.
Please refer to the WC Freeski and Snowboard entry procedures that you can find in the FIS World Cup rules and the HP-SS-BA quota descriptions on the FIS website.

Team registration and fee payments for Halfpipe teams will take place in the Barclay Room at The Westin Calgary on Sunday February 9th, 2020 from 1-8 PM. Team registration and fee payments for Slopestyle teams
will take place in the Barclay Room at The Westin Calgary on Monday February 10th, 2020 from 1-8 PM. Teams must pay their fees prior to collecting accreditation and bibs for registered athletes.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
Halfpipe Slopestyle
Participation FeeAccording to the World Cup Rules a mandatory participation Fee of 30 CHF per official training, competition day and competitor (max 120 CHF) has to be paid to the organizing committee not later than the qualification day. If you can’t
be there for this deadline, please contact the OC by email.
The Participation Fee will have to be paid by credit card at the Registration/Race OfficeThe fees per competitor are 90 CHF.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Freeski teams must confirm their entries by name and rooming lists for accommodation no later than 5 PM MST on February 2, 2019. Snowboard teams must confirm their entries by name and rooming lists for accommodation no
later than 5 PM MST on February 3, 2019.
Last minute cancellations (there are no refunds) or changes to the confirmed rooming list will not be tolerated. At registration, Team Captains will be charged in full (100%) for the dates and number of athletes and officials
submitted on the official entry/team size form
As per FIS rule on accommodation, each team member/participant (athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, staff, etc.) will pay 80 CHF per day, per person. Accommodation at the FIS rate will be provided for the
nights of Sunday February 9th to Monday February 17th. Team Captains must pay for the FIS Rate for the accommodation upon arrival at the race office.
Any additional expenses apart from accommodation will be charged to guests directly by the hotel. The official hotel for the 2020 FIS Freeski & Snowboard Snow Rodeo World Cup is The Westin
Calgary, 320-4th Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
At the time of check-in at the host hotel, a fully-refundable damage deposit of $200 CAD will be required for each room, payable on any major credit card. Each National Sport Association will be held responsible for any damage
incurred during their stay.

MEALS & TRANSPORTATION
Breakfast & DinnerCommencing with dinner on Sunday February 16th and with breakfast on Monday February 17th.
The meal plan will be offered at the host hotel.
Complete information will be provided upon teams’ registration.Half-board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner provided at the host hotel.
Teams may have lunch at Winsport at their own expense.
TransportationTeams are responsible for looking after their own ground transportation.

BIBS & EQUIPMENT STORAGE
BibsAll competitors must wear bibs during official training, competition and award ceremonies. The same
bibs will be used from training until the end of the race and the award ceremonies.
Equipment StorageThe competitors, coaches and officials must store their snowboards, wax and waxing tools in the area
provided by the hotel.
Skis and snowboards will not be permitted in hotel hallways.

LIABILITYAll athletes, officials and other members of their National Sport Association who attend and
participate in the event shall do so at their own risk.
The OC, WinSport, the Canadian Snowsports Association, FIS, Freestyle Canada, Canada Snowboard, sponsors and suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers, shall not be held responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organization or staging of the event. All participants are urged not to be
negligent in safeguarding their personal belongings at all times. The aforementioned parties will take no responsibility for missing belongings.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE PROTOCOL
Each competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, WinSport, Canadian Snowsports Association, FIS, Freestyle Canada, Canada Snowboard, sponsors and
suppliers decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment, and second and third party claims during the event.
In the case of accidents on course during the event, medical personnel from the OC and Ski Patrol personnel will be responsible for any medical decision or evacuation to the local hospital in co-operation with the National Sport Associations’ medical personnel identified on the entry form.

MEDICAL & ANTI-DOPINGAnti-doping control may be conducted for each discipline and gender, in accordance with
the rules and regulations set forth by FIS.

PRIZE MONEY TRANSFER
The total prize purse for the 2020 FIS Freeski & Snowboard Rodeo World Cup is 200’000 CHF (100,000 CHF Freeski and 100,000 CHF for Snowboard.)
The winners will receive the money via bank transfer.
Athletes should go to the race office, inside the Festival Tent following the awards on finals day to claim their prize money.
Please have bank information as well as your passport available for registration.
