INVITATION

On behalf of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the

Romanian Ski and Biathlon Federation (RSBF) and

Rasnov City Hall, together with Brasov County, we are

pleased to invite all National Ski Associations to

participate in the FIS LADIES WORLD CUP competition

organized for the third time in Rasnov, Romania on

the January 28 -29, 2017.

General Regulations The competitions of the WCL Rasnov are organized under the ICR and the World Cup FIS rules. Entry Announcement of team members 26.12.2016 The NSA announce their entries and the number of required rooms through FIS online registration system. Team registration 10.01.2016 The NSA make their entries with the names of the participating athletes and officials through FIS online registration system. Travelling dates Arrival in Rasnov – 26.01.2017 Departure from Rasnov – 30.01.2017 Accommodation Accommodation bookings are made by the OC according to the rules. Only the number of accommodations ordered prior to the deadline can be confirmed. Reimbursement of the travel expenses Travel costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer. Please provide your complete information related to your bank account during the TCM or by mail. Accreditation and parking tickets for teams and officials Accreditation and parking tickets will be distributed at the Race Office from Ski Jumping Venue on the January 27 starting 9.00 am. There will be a charge of 25 Eur for each replacement accreditation issued.
