Our new Zumba instructor is Maricela. Come and get in step with the Zumba group and enjoy
the Latin rhythm!
BOOM! Are you ready for the challenge?
We will need a minimum of 10 participants. Bootcamp will start on Wednesday, January 4th at 7am and will continue every Wednesday and Friday
through January 27. Classes will be 90 minutes of cardiovascular, bodyweight
and dumbbell strength, core-work, and agility drills. Boomers get up, get going, get fit! There is a $5/class fee or $35 for 8
classes. Fees are non-refundable.

Ping Pong!Calling all ping pong players!Wednesdays at 3 pmAll levels are invited to attend. Sign up for singles and doubles games and a new game with 2 paddles.
Games will go to 11 with service changes every 2 serves. Wear athletic court shoes.
Come out and get a good lower body with torso twisting work out! The ping pong table is also available for games at other times. Reserve the table through the front desk staff.

New Aerobic Class! Move It!This class is taught by Sandy, our aqua aerobics instructor. Move It is a heart healthy, cardio pulmonary land class featuring easy to follow continuous movements to fun, energetic music. Build strength, endurance, core conditioning, agility, and flexibility as you work with resistance tubing and weights. This class is suited for beginning as well as experienced exercisers. Come and give it a try on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00 am.

When the weather isn’t favorable for the aqua aerobics class which is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 pm, bring a gym bag with clothes for the Move It class and Sandy will teach that class instead. Yea! You’ll never miss a work out

• ARC Request Form• Plot Plan (this document is included in the paperwork you receive from your Sales Associate.)• ALL measurements; setbacks, height, length etc..of all items requested. **NOTE: If your request has any of the above items missing, it will be returned.The ARC will review each submittal and respond within 60 days after receipt of the subject submittal, by written letter indicating the Committee’s decision
