Powered Paraglider Operating Rules1. Powered parag lid ers (PPGs), m eeting th e c riteria of ultralig h t veh ic les, m ust com ply with FAR Part 103 reg ulations.2. The PPG launc h and land ing area is under th e g eneral av iation pattern for R unway 4. R unway 4 and 22 b oth use norm al left traffic. PPGs are to fly at or b elow 400 AGL (1700’) to av oid c onflic ts with g eneral av iation traffic in th e pattern area. PPGs are to rem ain at least 1000’ lateral to th e paved runway. Th is is approxim ately the airport fence line.3. Powered Parac h utes (PPC's) please follow the sam e g uid elines for PPG operations.4. The helic opter traffic pattern is “c lose-in” to th e runway, left or rig h t hand pattern, typically at 1800’.5. If the d irt runway is in use, rem ain at least 1000’ lateral to th e d irt runway.6. For noise ab atem ent and Part 103 com pliance, d o not over fly resid ential areas.7.
