ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

MAKE SURE YOUR FIREARM IS UNLOADED BEFORE STARTING!ROSSI INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 RemoverecoilpadbyremovingtwoscrewsfromButtstockStep 2 Use#10mmor#13mmmetricsocketwithextensiontoremovestockboltfrominsideopeninginrearofstock.Step 3 NewstockboltwillbeeitheranM6orM8bolt.Selectsizeofmountingboltbyhandstartingeachsuppliedboltintotappedholeinreceiver.Step 4 DropstockboltwithM8washerintotheendoftheSHOTFORCEbuttstock,placeadapteroverexitsideofscrew,alignmountingscrewwithholeinreceiver,

anduselongPhillipsscrewdrivertosecurebuttstocktoreceiver.NOte: For12/20gashotgun:CollapsiblestockmustbefixedinsecondpositionusingalongfastenerwithnuttocomplywithSection922(R).

TO REPLACE FORENDStep 1 RemoveexistingforendbyunscrewingslingswivelonbottomofRossiforend.Step 2 Rossihastworeceiverwidths.Ifyouhaveawidereceiver:YournewSHOTFORCEForendincludesaProngedAdapterforthewidereceiverassembled

ontheforend.Ifyouhaveanarrowwidthreceiver:RemovetheProngedAdapterlocatedattherearofyourRossiforendbyremovingonescrew.UseDremeltooltoremovethepinstickingupfromtheflatsideoftheRossiAdapter(Surfacemustbeflushwithbackfaceofadapter).Usea5/32diameterdrilltodrillaverticalholeatthecenterofthepin.(Smallerdrillcanbeusedfirsttocenterandlocateholeposition).Onthecurvedside,useataperedDremeltooltocountersinkthe5/32drilledholesotheheadofthe#6screwisbelowthecurvedsurface.SecuretheProngedAdaptertotheSHOTFORCEforendbyplacing(1)#6x1/2”screwintothebottomcenterholeontheSHOTFORCEforend.

Step 3 Rossibarrelshavetwodifferentforendmountingpostlocations.PlacetheSHOTFORCEforendbesideyourbarreltodeterminethelocationofthemountingpost.Ifthemountingpostisclosertotherearpositionoftheforend,donotremovethefrontscrewfromtheforend.Ifthemountingpostisneartothefrontpositionoftheforend,removethefrontscrewtoeliminateinterferencewiththemountingpost.

Step 4 AligntherearoftheSHOTFORCEforendwiththefrontofthereceiverandpivottheforendupwardsintoplace.Step 5 SecuretheforendbyinstallingthesuppliedM6x16mmscrewintothemountingpostprojectingintotheforend.

CAUTION:Donotovertightenanyscrews.
