Our orders are completed on schedule and within the budget to the satisfaction of the custo-mer. In order to achieve this, we have established an effective pro-ject management system within our organisation.
The whole project – from the initial discussion with the custo-mer through to the start of plant production – is managed and documented by us in detail.
Within the framework of our project control, requirements and objectives are defined jointly.
