PCA12.0 & HCA12.0 - CLEANING APPLICATORSANEST IWATA High Quality Cleaning Atomizers are especially suited for automotive industry, motorcycle and bicycle garages,

machine and metalworking industries and workshops. They are perfect for cleaning sprayguns, airbrush etc.

The applicators have a powerful nickel plated brass piston pump giving up to 12 bar pressure. The tanks are robust and have a capacity of 1 litre and the handles are ergonomically shaped for easy operation.

AI JET FLAT FAN AIR NOZZLE DRYERThe AI JET Flat Fan Air Nozzles series are ideal to be used for the processes of drying and curing of water-based paints. The

flow of compressed air, passes through the nozzle and it is distributed through 16 holes (ø 1.5 mm), ensuring a wide range of air distribution and an excellent uniformity in the drying process. The ergonomic design and its small dimensions, allow its use even in very small spaces.

The use of the AI JET air nozzles reduces the consumption of com-pressed air than other systems and allows the drying process in shorter times on surfaces of small and medium size, as well as a considerable reduction in noise.

AI JET is supplied with ball valve and quick coupling joint M.

MINI AIR DUSTER GUNMini blow gun for dust cleaning and drying of tools and jobsta-tions. It’s compact, lightweight, precise and powerful with high

flow and low air consumption.

The mini air duster gun is ergonomically designed and ultramodern with a max. operating pressure of 12 bar.

ANTISTATIC AIR HOSEHigh Quality ANTISTATIC AIR HOSE with high-strenght synthetic tex-tile braid. Available in optional length.

Clamped with fittings and safety quick coupling: air hose is vented in a first step and can then be safely disconnected in the second step.It’s very light, flexibel in itself, noticeably handier. You can also choose it with a regular quick coupling.

The jumpsuit is fitted with a dirt and water repellent TEFLON equip-ment. Great care was given to the detail processing.

LS400 EntechThe LS400 Entech is the perfection of the Supernova series and a water basecoat gun. The combination of SPLIT NOZZLE® - our unique nozzle for double atomization of the paint - and HVLP technol-ogy gives unmatched results. Depending on the climate you work in (hot/dry or cold/humid), you can choose a different set up: ET or ETS. The LS400 gives a large and even fan pattern, a stable droplet size and it guarantees maximum material savings.

WS400 EvotechThe WS400 Evotech is another example of the high performance and unique design of the Supernova series. It is available both for clear coats and base and delivers consistent size of droplets, which mini-mizes the risk for boil on, for example, HS clear coats.

AZ3 HTE-S ImpactAZ3 HTE-S Impact features the HTE-S1/S2 air cap, which is suitable for modern primer-, WB- and HS coatings, gives finer atomization and a wide and homogenous spray pattern. This is an ideal spray gun for small paint jobs, clear coating and other small industrial applications. It’s available in both chrome and black.

W400 BellAria Classic plusThe W400 is the classic ANEST IWATA spray gun, which is suitable for modern primer-, WB- and HS coatings. It comes in a variety of nozzles. The BellAria nozzle gives the characteristic flat and thin spray pattern that ANEST IWATA spray guns are known for and it also pro-vides optimal atomization. There are lots of favourites to choose from in the extensive W400 Classic Plus family.

LPH80 - SPOT REPAIRThe LPH80 is a perfect spray gun for small repairs. It’s compact and lightweight (only 205 gr.) and has a fine atomization.It has a twilight chrome plated body.

NEO The NEO Series are versatile, value-priced air-brushes that can be used with a variety of dif-ferent paints and mediums. They are easy to use and to clean.

Iwata designed these airbrushes to perform well at lower air pressures when used with smaller air compressors.

INDUSTRY

Airless systems atomize paint at high pressure. It saves not only time, but both paint and solvent too, and it creates a better working envi-ronment for the painter. ANEST IWATA have several models, both for solvent and water based paint and they all feature double filtration and are equipped with both safety- and quick-stop-valve.

The ANEST IWATA DPS pumps series offers a wide range of applica-tions, from 0,6 - 30 liters/min. Maintenance is easy, rinsing and colour change is quick and the pump is available in 3 materials: polished alu-minium, anodized aluminium and Stainless Steel. Available in various pump kits as well as in complete industry kits, where spray gun and hose is included. See below for example of industry kits.

T7 - ELECTRIC AIRLESS SPRAYERThe T7 is the most powerful pump in its class. At 47 lbs (21 kg) on a standard frame it will support up to a 0.27 tip. You can spray higher viscosity coat-ings like elastomeric exterior smooth coatings and some block fillers. With T7 you can also adjust the pressure down to spray light bodied coatings like stains and varnishes for all your fine finish applications.
