She has 40 years’ experience in Business Management in private and corporate sectors and has trained extensively for Government Departments and private Registered Training Organisations for both Domestic and International clients. She has owned and managed 2 Cafes, a Restaurant, a Real Estate Franchise Office, and worked as an Entertainment and Events Coordinator.

Ann currently works as a Business Development Manager and Consultant and as an Industry Trainer and Assessor and a Mentor and Coach. She is a strong advocate of continual learning and innovation in Business Leadership and Management and Personal Development.
