Tentec, UK is the leading designer and manufacturer of hydraul ic tensioning tools and nuts. The CNC machined parts are fabricated at Tentec’s own factory in England. Tentec port fol io also contains hydraul ic pump units and high pressure hoses needed for operat ing the tensioning tools. Throughout their long col laborat ion, Haitor and Tentec have completed several customer special tool design projects. TRANSDUCERS Flange Mounted Transducers incorporate mounting points for securely fixing the transducer to the working surface. Regular servicing extends the useful l ife of products without compromising safety. If necessary, we can supply you with a substitute tool while your device is being serviced. The servicing is done either at our premises in Helsinki or on-site with the customer. Haitor is at you service 24/7.

CALIBRATION SERVICEYour bolted joints will always be tightened accurately with properly calibrated tools. All wrenches, tensioning tools and pressure gau-ges should be calibrated annually to ensure they deliver precisely the correct torque output . Our calibration unit calibrates all hydraulic and pneumatic wrenches, hand-held wrenches and screwdrivers, and pump units with gauges, regardless of the brand or model.

RENTAL SERVICEHaitor also rents its products. Our rental service of fers wrenches, tensioning tools, pumps, hoses and impact sockets – in all sizes. Customers can quickly get the operations done with just the right tool for the application. If needed, our installation personnel will be on

site for supervision or to perform the job itself.

TRAININGHaitor is Finland’s leading expert in its field and it provides the best training. As well as providing user training in connection with the delivery of equipment , we also arrange larger-scale training events. Customers possessing good know-how are in a key position when we develop new, productive solutions for various application needs. We can organize training events either in our own training premises or

on-site with the customer.

SPARE PARTSOur comprehensive service also includes spare parts. We have precise information on the spare parts most commonly required by the

equipment we supply, and we always have a large inventory of them. Less commonly required parts are obtained with a short lead-time.

SUPERVISIONIf needed, we will be on-site to supervise and provide assistance in the use of the equipment we sell and rent . We can also perform the work on your behalf, which might be an appropriate option particularly if the tightening/opening operation is of a one-off nature.
