PINELLAS COUNTY SCHOOL AGE PROGRAMS

Our day camps provide youth with activities that teach values, conflict resolution and leadership skills.

Campers will participate in games, specialty activities, arts & crafts and more.

CAMP DAY & EXTENDED CARE: Morning and Afternoon Care is available at no additional fee. Morning Care: 6:30-9am Day Camp: 9am-4pm Afternoon Care: 4-6pm *Please arrive before 10am each day for all camps.

Camp Circle Y, Camp Kaleidoscope and Camp Typhoon(Ages 5-12)Your adventure awaits! Our camps create adventures for each individual to ensure the best summer camp experience for every child. The memories we make during summer camp are memories we keep forever. This is the time when new friendships are forged, talents are found and confidence is gained; through positive role modeling, mentoring, instruction and fun. The emphasis is on indoor and outdoor fun with much needed adventure, but the result is much greater than that. Mandatory Parent Orientation: TBD*Children must have completed kindergarten.

Camp Lil Waves and Camp Timber Pups(Ages 3-5)With so many demands on today’s families, and the increased focus on early brain development, families need all the support they can get to nurture the potential of youth. That’s why child care and early learning programs at the Y focus on holistically nurturing child development by providing a safe and healthy place to learn foundational skills to develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-reliance through the Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Our camp includes physical education and field trips in conjunction with an enriching curriculum providing hands-on learning through art, music and movement, dramatic play, sensory tables, language and literacy, outdoor play and group time. Mandatory Parent Orientation: TBD*Children must be potty trained*Children must have updated copies of immunization and Physical records*Car seat must be brought to camp on field trip days

Camp Muskogee (Ages 7-14) Camp Muskogee is the Adventure of a LIFETIME! Muskogee offers all campers a true day camp experience located on 53 acres of reserved land with a private lake - perfect for canoeing & fishing. To escape the heat, your camper has the opportunity to swim in a private zero entry pool. Your camper will experience archery, sling-shots, outdoor cooking and light backpacking skills. There is never a dull moment at Camp Muskogee! Transportation: Transportation will be offered throughout Pinellas County from our designated bus stops to accommodate families in our northern and mid county service areas (exact locations TBD). Optional before and after care will be available at these bus stop locations; it will not be available at Camp Muskogee. Should you choose to use the transportation service, you will need to fill out the bus form, available online when you register for this camp.Mandatory Parent Orientation: June 10 or 17, 6 pm, at Camp Soule*Children must have completed first grade

Camp Tuskegee(Ages 5-12)Camp Tuskegee is an exciting and healthy way to spend the summer, while meeting new friends, exploring the outdoors and keeping active. Each week revolves around a creative theme, which is sure to capture the imagination of each and every camper. Our staff have implemented a memorable program menu for every camper to experience. Throughout the course of each session, campers will participate in swimming, camp crafts, food experiences and much more! Mandatory Parent Orientation: TBD*Children must have already completed K-5th grade.

REGISTRATION FEE: A one-time registration fee is required for all registrations and will be added to your account once enrollment has been verified. Enrollments that are paid in full at registration will have this fee applied to their account to draft from the payment method on file. If no payment method is saved on account, this amount will be set on a payment plan as a balance due. 19/20 School Age Program participants who paid the fee upon school age registration will have this fee waived. This fee is $25 for individuals and $40 for families.
