TO : The Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan CommunityRE : Schedule of XU-CSG University-Wide General AssemblyDATE : 17 June 2014
During the strategic planning last 24 May 2014, it was decided that the XU-CSG University-Wide GeneralAssembly will be scheduled on 16 July 2014 (Wednesday) . This year’s general assembly will open the
week-long Organizational Trip, and at the same time, will kick off the upcoming series of generalassemblies organized by the different campus-based organizations. The general assembly and Org Tripopening ceremonies will be organized by the XU- CSG’s Department of Event s Management, andDepartment of Organizational Support and Services, together with the Assembly of Extra-CurricularOrganization (AECO). Further details about the event will be posted soon.
We request all campus-based organizations (especially the college councils, co-curricular, andextracurricular organizations) to schedule their general assemblies on dates after the 16 th of July.
XU-CSG hopes for your support during the university-wide general assembly and the OrganizationalTrip opening ceremonies.
