RESOLUTION 0001-1415A Resolution Confirming the Appointment of the

21st Directorate Legislative SecretariesWHEREAS, stipulated in Article VII Section 4 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, a Legislative Secretary shall be appointed by the Directorate Convener, subject to the concurrence by the majority of the Directorate.WHEREAS, the Legislative Secretary shall be responsible in documenting in the journal all the proceedings and other records in the Directorate and shall work with the Secretary of Budget and Finance on fiscal matters.

WHEREAS, Article I Section 5 of the Directorate Enactment 013 states that the Directorate shall appoint a Secretariat to assist the Legislative Secretary in his/her duties and shall assume the functions of a Treasurer.

WHEREAS, Ms. Sharmaine Mae P. Lobido, Vice-President of XU-CSG for AY 2014-2015 and Convener of the 21st Directorate, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate his appointees for the position of Legislative Secretary and Secretariat, respectively, for confirmation. To wit:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Mr. Reggie A. Ladera and Ms. Karol Paula V. Loquias as the XU-CSG 21st Directorate Legislative Secretaries has been duly approved.Done this 2nd day of April, 2014 at Ignatius Conference Room, Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 21st Directorate in session assembled.
