North-East has great potential as aEuropean center of
tourism.Western Europe separated by theCarpathians impressive, much
of
the Region is still unexplored andunknown to tourists.
Suceava, Neamt and Bacau arerecognized for massif majesty
andcharm of famous monasteries.
Eastern Area - the counties ofBotosani, Iasi and Vaslui
-impresses its visitors with varioustourist attractions,
whichdistinguishes between traditionalvillages, untouched by
pollution,ancient churches and many otherinteresting places, full
of cultureand history, which deserves to bevisited.
The simple lifestyle, close to natureand preservation of
ancienttraditions, by their hospitality, localpeople provided
complete pictureof tourists eager unique
picturesque.

In the fifteenth century andsixteenth century were
foundedseveral monasteries singlecurrently in the international
heritage of UNESCO.A special feature of these is thefrescoes
painted in Byzantinestyle.
Many of these monasteries arelocated in the historic land of
Bukovina (county of Suceava).

Moldova (Bacau), Worcester(Suceava) and Baltatesti(Neamt).

Bacau has a natural forest reservesRunc-Racova and Brook
White.
Botosani exist in a natural forest: aTudor and Geology Rock
Costesti.
Neamt county there is a National Park:Bicaz / Ceahlau and a
reserve forbison: Troops.
Geological Reserve of the BotanicalHill Quick and Long Valley
are found inIasi.
Suceava county is the richest in thereserves, including those
appearing:Rarau-Giumalau, Meadow Zamostea,Slatioara, Pojorata and
Zugreni.
Forest reserves in Vaslui County existto former inhabitants of
Bli Badeana,and the Dry Movileni Harboanca-Brahasoaia, the veal
paleontologicaland geological reserves at Nutasca-Ruseni.

LakesOne of the lesser knownfeatures of this region is thegreat
number of lakes andponds.
Many of these counties are
located in the eastern region -Botosani, Iasi, Vaslui and
areoften surrounded by forests.
Abundant fish fishery is themain attraction, but thisactivity
can take place only on
their own, as there are yetoffers specially organizedexcursions
for fishing.

Negative elements that make an
ongoing difficulties of
tourism activities is because theregion has the lowest value
of
the indicator regional PIB per capita of
any region.
Low upgraded road infrastructure and poor
route is again
negative elements and the low touristoccupancy in relation
to existing tourism potential low degree of
attractiveness of most
small and medium towns having a well
defined economic profile.
Difficult transport links to WesternEurope,especially in
winter
(Carpathian passes often blocked: Tihua
and transient Bicaz represents a final
obstacle that can occur in poor recovery of
sightseeing in winter.
