2015 EVP Execution PlanA. Strengthen CIE’s collaboration with external entities like

IEEE, university alumni, corporate diversity organizations and other technical & business communities. Communicated with Zheda University Alumni (中国浙江大学校友会 ) and received support to jointly host 2015 Spring Technical Symposium in March 2015. Target to pull in technical representatives also from CIE’s current/potential sponsors, such as Fujitsu.

To collaborate with other University Alumni to host 2015 Fall Technical Symposium in August 2015. Targeted organizations include中国交通大学校友会 ,中国清華大学校友会 ,台灣大学校友会。

• Establish speaker database from symposium as well as other technical programs.

Indirect Route:• Leverage speaker database to recruit committee members

for technical programs.• Thru CIE members, advisor, board members’ help to reach

Rotate volunteers/members in PM role to other projects, technical or non-technical, within CIE to accumulate experience and exposure.
