In this Provide Advice on Skincare Products module, participants will learn the basics, tips and tricks of skincare including:

• Understand why skincare is important• Recognise the different skin types and conditions• Know the various types of skincare products and key

ingredients• Choose the right skincare products • Set up a daily skincare regimen• Conduct a relaxing mini-facial and hand massage at

home• Discover how men’s skin is different from women’s

This is an ALL female workshop where participants learn good skincare regime for themselves and participate in hands-on experiential learning.

Your skin is your body’s canvas; it reflects your health. Your skin condition changes every day due to external and internal factors. Delay aging by developing healthy habits and choosing the right skincare routine.

All skincare routines however simple or complex have its benefits and drawbacks. It is important to understand the treatments and products before using it. Start with the basics; know your skin first, then use products that work for you.
